Arcade Operations Ticketing Modernization

A proposed process for tracking five types of arcade issues. I mapped the workflow and wrote requirements and planned tests. No software was implemented or tested.

  1. Report and assign owner
  2. Work, with approval where needed
  3. Resolve, verify, then close

Pending or failed verification returns to work.

Academic final project · Oracle SQL

Movie Rental Database

A database linking titles, copies, and rental history. I created six related tables and a view of copies still checked out. A separate Oracle revision adds rental controls; the original academic script is preserved.

Six tables: actors and movies link through star_billings; movies have media copies; rental_history connects media to customers. Each parent has zero or more child records.
Published schema overview. Each child requires one linked parent.

Private Job-Search Operations System

I customized a private job-search workflow for duplicate checks, source validation, resume verification, and application tracking. The public case study uses synthetic examples.
